We instrumented the flow end to end, so Orbit Pay can see delivery and verification rates per country in real time.
The outcome

Delivery success climbed to 99.9%, and failed sign-ups caused by missing codes dropped by roughly 40%.
The team kept the instrumentation we built and now watches delivery health as a standard metric.
